Simply fill in the booking request. Please note we can only rent on a weekly or monthly basis. If you want to know a bit more about condo rentals, read our ‘House Rules’. Please note that No smoking of any kind is allowed in the units or common areas.
Bent Tree Availability
Bent Tree is our one-bedroom condo overlooking Lake Michigan. Located on the ground floor the patio gives way to a large lawn overlooking Lake Michigan and the pool with hot tub.
October 1, 2023 - May 18, 2024: $1075/week
May 18 - June 15, 2024: $1,735/week
June 15 - August 17, 2024: $2,275/week
August 17 - October 5, 2024: $1,735/week
October 5, 2024 - May 17, 2025: $1075/week
Please note: The tax rate is 6% on the above rates. A processing fee of $100 + a $290 Bent Tree & South Haven Rental Fee will be added to all summer season weekly rentals.
We can only rent on a weekly or monthly basis due to condominium regulations and during peak summer season check-in and check-out must be on a Saturday.
The pool is open from late May until the end of beginning of October.

North Shore Availability
North Shore is our studio condo located on the second floor with views over the pool and Lake Michigan.
October 1, 2023- May 18, 2024: $645/week
May 18 - June 15, 2024: $870/week
June 15 - August 17, 2024: $1225/week
August 17 - October 5, 2024: $870/week
October 5, 2024 - May 17, 2025 $645/week
Please note: The tax rate is 6%. A processing fee of $80 + a $60 South Haven Rental Fee will be added to all weekly rentals.

Reservation FAQs
Once we have approved your booking request we will send you two forms to sign:
1) Condominium Association Rules
2) Renter Agreement Form
Once these documents have been approved, we will send you a link to collect your deposit to secure your booking.
Please note: The tax rate is 6%. A processing fee of $100 + a new $50 South Haven Rental Fee will be added to all weekly rentals.
Deposits & Payment
Credit card or check (through PayPal). 2% discounts available on accepted Venmo or Zelle payments.
1/2 deposit is due at time reservation is made
Balance is due 60 days prior to departure date
Security deposit of $350 is required & returned 1 week after departure if everything is in order
Cancellation & Return Policy
We have a 60 day cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund minus $100 handling fee. If a reservation is cancelled under 60 days, we will re-list the property. A full refund (minus $100 handling fee) will be given if property is re-rented.
