The ground-floor condo leads out onto a private patio on the communal greenery where you can play ball or cornhole while you grill throughout the summer nights. The large heated swimming pool, lounge chairs and outdoor hot tub are great compliments to the private beach which is just steps below. Bring your rackets because there is a tennis court! A 15 minute walk from downtown South Haven, you’ll be able to mix the lively small town vibes with relaxing days at the beach.

Welcome to our fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo. It can sleep up to 4 adults but is most comfortable with 2 adults and 2 children. It is a beachfront condo, directly situated on Lake Michigan which provides excellent views over the green and beach to watch the sunset. There is a tennis court on site, as well as heated swimming pool and hot tub.
Accessibility: Although this is a ground-floor condo, it must be accessed by taking a set of stairs down from the parking lot (10 stairs in total). There is also a step up into the condo.
Contactless Check-in and Check-out: Checking in and out is simple because we’ve handled all of the details prior to your arrival. You will be given a key code to use for the duration of your stay. Keyless access makes it easy for each renter to do their own activity and no worrying about where the keys disappeared to while at the beach.

Parking: There is free on-premise parking (2 spots).
Guest Access: There is a keypad on the door and you will be given a personalized code.

We can only accept weekly and monthly rentals due to condo association regulations. Check-in and check-out will always be on a Saturday for weekly rentals especially in the peak season. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the unit or in common areas. Please contact us with any questions you may have as we will do our best to make any accommodation.

Please note: The tax rate on the above amounts is 6%. A processing fee of $112 + a Bent Tree & South Haven Rental Fee of $305 will be added to all summer season weekly rentals.

Deposits & Payment
Credit card or check (through PayPal). 2% discount on the weekly rental rate with accepted Venmo or Zelle
1/2 deposit is due at time reservation is made
Balance is due 60 days prior to departure date
Security deposit of $350 is required & returned 1 week after departure if everything is in order
Cancellation & Return Policy
We have a 60 day cancellation policy in order to receive a full refund minus $100 handling fee. If a reservation is cancelled under 60 days, we will re-list the property. A full refund (minus $100 handling fee) will be given if property is re-rented.
Availability
If you’re looking for some Michigan summer sun, we’d recommend you put yourself on our waiting list during the months of October to December the year prior as our condos book up quickly.
We can only rent on a weekly or monthly basis due to condominium regulations and during peak summer season check-in and check-out must be on a Saturday.
The pools are open from Memorial Day in late May until the end of September.
